Willa delivered her beautiful puppies on Christmas Eve! We have 9 healthy puppies — four females and five males.
We have reds in a variety of shades — several with markings similar to Charlie and a couple that are more solid. All puppies will be allergy friendly with minimal to non-shed coats. This litter produced all three coat types -- wavy, straight (looks loose wavy), and curly. It appears that we have two curly coats, and the remaining seven puppies have loose wavy (genetically straight) to wavy coats. Both Willa and Charlie have beautiful fleecy coats, so these puppies will also have nice coats. With this pairing, we have the possibility of having black based puppies with dark colored eyes and black noses as well as brown based puppies with light colored eyes and chocolate/liver noses. We will be able to tell whether they are brown or black based in the next couple of weeks.
Based on the weights of the parents, lineage, and other contributing factors, we are estimating puppies to weigh around 25 to 40 pounds at maturity depending on the particular puppy. On occasion, we may have an outlier or two with a litter, smaller or larger than the estimated size range.
Willa and Charlie are both extensively health tested including DNA, Hips, Elbows, Cardiac, Patellar, and Eyes (CAER). You can learn more about them by visiting Our Moms (Dams) and Our Dads (Sires) pages.
Willa is low energy, affectionate, loyal, eager to please, and has an even-balanced temperament. Charlie is medium energy, very loyal, outgoing, and sweet natured. We expect these puppies to be biddable, affectionate, well-rounded, adventurous, and intelligent. Willa and Charlie are both incredibly sweet dogs, and we are excited to watch these babies grow! We predict that this litter will have therapy and service dog candidates.
We are currently accepting reservations on this litter, and puppies are selected in order of reservations placed.

Our puppies are sold on a mandatory spay/neuter contract with no breeding rights.
We cannot guarantee size, however we can estimate a puppy's size at maturity by taking into consideration the weights of the parents, weights of other puppies out of the same mating, and other contributing factors. Estimating a puppy's size at a young age is only an educated guess as there are many other variables besides genetics (such as diet & exercise) that determine a dog's weight at adulthood.
Our puppies are temperament tested around six to seven weeks old. We send videos and scorecards to each family on our reservation list. This is valuable information that assists families in selecting the best puppy based on their needs and lifestyle. Puppies are then selected in order of reservations received. With that being said, if we have reservation spots still remaining, we will not know which puppies are available until after selections are complete! If the puppy you desire is not available when it is your turn to pick, you may transfer your reservation to another litter of choice.
