A Few Things to Know
Our puppies are placed in pet homes only and are sold on a strict spay/neuter agreement. Breeding rights are not offered.
Because we feel strongly about placing our puppies in homes where they will thrive, puppies are temperament evaluated around six to seven weeks old. We send evaluation videos and scorecards to each family on our reservation list. This is valuable information that assists families in selecting the best suited puppy based on their needs and lifestyle. After vet checkups have been completed, puppies are then selected on "selection day" in order of reservations received. With that being said, if we currently have reservation spots remaining, we will not know which puppies are available until after selections are completed. If the puppy you desire is not available when it is your turn to pick, you may transfer your reservation to another litter of choice within 12 months.
We cannot guarantee size, however we can estimate a puppy's size at maturity by taking into consideration the weights of the parents, weights of other puppies out of the same mating, and other contributing factors. Estimating a puppy's size at a young age is only an educated guess as there are many other variables besides genetics (such as diet & exercise) that determine a dog's weight at adulthood.

Sweet Magnolia + Brody Liam
We are expecting Magnolia to cycle at the beginning of 2027, and we're planning to breed her to Brody for another repeat litter. They produce beautiful, well-rounded puppies together, and we have received so much positive feedback on their offspring!
With this litter, we are expecting red puppies with or without small white markings as well as red and white parti puppies. These puppies will have straight or wavy, fully furnished, non-shedding coats. These highly desirable coat types are not only gorgeous and plush but also the easiest to maintain! All puppies in this litter will have dark colored eyes and black noses, just like Magnolia and Brody.
Based on the size of the parents, their lineage, and past litters together, we expect puppies to mature in the miniature to medium size range around 25 to 45 pounds. While we strive to make the most accurate predictions possible, an occasional puppy may mature slightly smaller or larger than our estimated range. As the puppies grow and develop, we will be able to provide more accurate size projections for each individual puppy.
Magnolia and Brody have both completed extensive health testing, including comprehensive DNA screening, Hips, Elbows, Patellas, Cardiac, and Eye certifications. To learn more about each of them, visit Our Moms (Dams) and Our Dads (Sires) pages here on our website.
Based on their previous litters together, we have high expectations! We anticipate puppies to be friendly in nature, confident, motivated to learn, affectionate, and very intelligent.
