Drop-Offs

Pick-ups
Our pick-up timeframe is from 8:00am to 11:00am. However, if you'd like to pick-up later in the afternoon from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, it will be an additional $20 charge since your pet will be with us the majority of the day.
Early Pick-ups
If your plans change and you decide to pick-up your dog earlier than your booked reservation, there will be no refund given and you will be charged for the full amount. We have very limited space and altering your original booked reservation can incur lost opportunities for us.
Vaccine Requirements
Your dog must be up-to-date on all vaccines including the following:
Rabies Bordetella Parvo/Distemper Canine Influenza (Not required, but highly recommended)
Vaccine records must be furnished prior to booking a stay with us. If your dog is not UTD on vaccines, he/she must receive necessary vaccines at least TEN days prior to their check-in date. Your dog must be UTD on heart worm preventative, in addition to flea & tick preventative. We highly suggest Seresto collars for a safe and effective flea & tick preventative.
In order for your dog to board with us, they must have not visited another boarding facility at least 2 weeks prior to staying with us. Since we raise puppies on our property, it is imperative that our dogs and puppies are not at risk. If your dog is showing symptoms of any kind, please do not board your dog with us until he/she is healthy and well. We take this very seriously!
Belongings...
We supply elevated dog beds and bedding in each kennel, so it is not necessary for you to bring any beds or blankets. Please keep in mind, often times these items get dirty, and many do not fit in our washing machine. We also provide stainless steel bowls for all dogs, but if your dog has a favorite feeding bowl (slow feeder, for example) or water bowl, feel free to bring them! You are welcome to bring a couple of toys for your dog's stay, but please keep them at a minimum. We suggest bringing hard chews, like Benebones, versus plush toys. We are not responsible for any belongings that your pet may damage while they are with us.
We do not allow rawhides as these can be a choking hazard for dogs. We encourage you to bring any small treats that your pet is accustomed to having. Please do not bring any new treats if they aren't currently eating them on a regular basis. We don't want your dog to have an upset stomach during their stay with us!
Please bring a harness or collar (harness preferred) and a leash for your dog's stay! We have several acres and often go on walks, and we want to ensure your pet is safe during their outdoor adventures. Your dog will most likely be comfortable around us since they were raised here at our home, but as always, your pet's safety is our #1 priority.
Food
Please bring your dog's food that they are accustomed to as we do not supply food. We strongly recommend you pre-bag each meal and label them to maintain your dog's normal diet. In the event of an unforeseen change of plans, we recommend that you pack an extra meal or two just in case. Please refrain from bringing large bags of food as space is limited. If your dog will be staying with us for an extended amount of time, you are welcome to bring a plastic container instead if you'd like.
